A blog by Four Days Late

Piedmont has always been one of “our towns.” Ever since our beginnings there has been a group of supporters here that have had us in to play and always come to see us if we were close by. Some were even in the music video. This night was no different…great crowd, ready to worship and sing LOUD. A lot of the audience had just saw us in Dalton with Casting Crowns and were still very pumped from that show…so are we.

Our hosts, Michael Ingram and First Baptist Church, were beginning their 40 days of prayer campaign and this was sort of a kick off for it. I hope it continues to go well. We had a prayer time in the middle of our set and prayed for their church, the youth and their community and I think for me this was the highlight of the night because it gave me the opportunity to thank everyone for their support through the years and pray for them and their city specifically.
