Hello everyone. Hope you all are gearing up for a great summer. We are stoked about the summer we have coming up as a band because we will begin recording our new album!! There is such an excitement in the air about this project within the band. As I have mentioned before, we have had the incredible opportunity to write with some amazing songwriters and are quickly building up a list of incredible material that is going to be hard to narrow down to just 10 songs, but we can do it! One of those writers is new INO Records artist, Jonny Diaz. We have admired Jonny’s music from a far for a while and just recently were able to link up with him and write. I think we have a great song and will probably write with him again for this album. You never know, we may get an even better song next time. They featured some of Jonny’s music, including “More Beautiful You”, on SportSouth’s pregame show, right before the Braves played on Wednesday night. Good for Jonny to be featured and get the publicity, and kudos to SportSouth for featuring Christian music on their show.
Not a “politically correct” thing to do these days but sometimes the Lord uses unusual ways to get His message out to the world. Not to mention that Jonny’s brother was “player of the game” Wednesday night for the Braves!
